Our largest project to date. We raised the roof, removed interior walls, and reframed the structure — then rebuilt it as an open plan with a marble fireplace wall, custom built-ins, a new kitchen, and polished marble floors throughout.Nuestro proyecto más grande hasta la fecha. We took the old shower down to the studs, built solid new framing for a recessed niche, waterproofed the assembly properly, and finished in Calacatta Viola marble with brushed brass fixtures.Desmontamos la ducha vieja hasta la estructura, construimos un armazón nuevo y sólido para el nicho empotrado, impermeabilizamos correctamente y terminamos en mármol Calacatta Viola con grifería de latón cepillado.

Shot from the same spot on the floor. The wall at the far end came down, and oak cabinets and laminate counters gave way to white shaker cabinetry, a quartz waterfall island, and professional stainless appliances.Tomada desde el mismo punto del piso. Closed-off and dated became open and architectural. We took out walls, raised the ceiling, reframed the structure, and rebuilt around a linear marble fireplace with full-height built-ins and polished marble floors.De cerrada y anticuada a abierta y arquitectónica. We opened the old shower wall to the studs and built solid new framing for the recessed niche — you can see the box taking shape in the before. Then we waterproofed properly and finished in Calacatta Viola with brushed brass fixtures.Abrimos el muro de la ducha hasta la estructura y construimos un armazón nuevo y sólido para el nicho empotrado — en el antes se ve el cajón tomando forma.
